Grammy Award-winning singer D'Angelo was busted yesterday after allegedly offering a undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex while he was crusing alone through the West Village with $12,000 stashed in his SUV (SMH).
He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, the sources said. His manager declined to comment.

Man I am a huge D'Angelo fan, from the R&B maker who brought you "Send It Off", "Brown Sugar", and of course "How Does It Feel". This is upseting he is so talented and once was a fine ass man.
